"Sharing the Interests of Retirement"

SIR Branch 54
Orchard Valley Summer 2014
Sons In Retirement (SIR) is an organization of retired and semi-retired men. We have joined together to maintain old friendships, form new ones and share the interests of retirement. Incorporated in 1959, the organization now has about 22,000 members in 157 branches. There are no dues, and no advocacy of political, religious or fraternal organizations.

For September Mario Vazquez, our Program Chairman, has arranged for KIM GADDIS, Crime Prevention Specialist, SJPD, to make a Fraud/Scams presentation.  She is the Central Crime Prevention Specialist for the San Jose Police Department.  Kim has been with SJPD for 25 years and has worked in neighborhoods throughout the city during her time in Crime Prevention.  She is a graduate of San Jose State University and a member of the California Crime Prevention Officers Association.
